Many years of experience in vacuum engineering have given us the skills

sizes. Specnow will advise on process and production techniques to help

Our project teams also acquire and rebuild furnaces to order, and they re-engineer existing customer plant. Specnow can work particularly
cost effectively as partners on your site, bringing in components prepared in our factory and utilizing your facilities and personnel where
appropriate for rework and assembly. Construction on site reduces costs associated with delivery, installation and acceptance. Considerable
savings over the cost of new equipment can be made while achieving essentially new quality and performance.
State of the art technology In both new build and rebuild projects we incorporate leading edge technology. Our furnace installations are supplied with a powerful HMI
developed continuously over 10 years using proprietary SCADA type software. We also design and fabricate our own hot zone modules
in high purity graphite and refractory metal options. For the advanced manufacturer, our furnaces may include mass spectrometers,
cryogenic vacuum pumping and special software features. Our background in precision engineering and work handling offers unique solutions
to integrating heat treatment in the production cell, using vacuum transfer loading systems.
